1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MiniCoach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
MiniCoach provides an AI-powered career coaching experience. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. MiniCoach is a career coaching tool and should be used as such.
3. Subscriptions and billing
MiniCoach is a subscription service billed monthly at $49/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to MiniCoach, including your coaching conversations and uploaded documents. By using the service, you grant MiniCoach a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MiniCoach for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse engineer the service, to upload harmful or malicious content, or to share your account credentials with others.
6. Limitation of liability
MiniCoach is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about outcomes, career results, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniCoach's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month in which the claim arose.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
