Your data is used solely to provide the MiniCoach service — to power your coaching conversations, build your coaching memory, and improve your experience over time. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).
Data retention
Your coaching data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained in read-only form. You may request full deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure storage, and access controls. Your coaching conversations are private and accessible only to you.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not track individuals across sites.
Your rights
